I got this idea when I was wrapping a wedding present for my friends Libby & Dave last week. Their fall wedding was beautiful and rustic, and this country-looking DIY wrapping fit right in! (Here’s another gift I made Libby & Dave last year for a housewarming present. )
Supplies
yarn
gift bag
yarn needle
scissors
Directions
Punch guide holes using your yarn needle.
Cut your yarn into manageable lengths. Knot the yarn, and start sewing!
To adapt this in to a kid-friendly project, you can punch the holes for the kid and it’ll function kind of like a lacing toy. Easy, fast & cute. My kind of craft!
