Happy Summer Solstice, everyone! In honor of the occasion, I wanted to share a favorite quickie sangria recipe I created from the amazingly delicious-smelling fruit at the grocery store this week. This recipe is as simple as chopping up some fruit, but it’s so good. Today is the longest day of the year, so I plan on prepping a batch of this before work today for the husband and I to stay up too late enjoying tonight. Summer is the best.
Ingredients
1/2 bottle of moscato wine (I got mine for $4.50 like a classy lady.)
1 small lemon; mine was about 2 inches long
1 ripe apricot
2 ripe peaches
Directions
By the way, I thought I’d play with a new format for recipes today. Love or hate it, shoot me a comment and let me know what you think. If you’ve got ideas for improving it, lemme know! :)
