This has been a great first week of full time creative work. I’ve been catching up on deadlines that I’d procrastinated on in the weeks leading up to my last librarian work day. My workspace and workflow are getting organized. And go figure, I’m taking better care of myself in terms of hitting the gym and sleeping 8 hours a night – weird how much that stuff will make you feel better, isn’t it? :)
Enough about yours truly, let’s talk inspiration! Tassels, tassels, tassels are where it’s at in terms of new ideas on the blogs this week. Looking beyond tassels, check out the stash-busting idea for scrap yarn poms – so useful. Plus! Labor Day is behind us. We may not be able to wear white (or so I hear) anymore, but that means it’s time to unleash the Halloween crafts! The unicorn pumpkin complete with a yarn mane is my favorite idea of the week, hands down. Did your favorite make the list? If I missed something good, let us know!
