Ooh! Neutrals were out in force this week! I’m much more of a bold-colors-in-your-face kind of gal, but I know a lot of knitters and crocheters are all about neutrals, which I can totally respect. One great thing I like neutrals for is helping figure out color balance. If you’re unsure of color pairings when working with bold palettes, try working with black and whites. Color selection tip: Take a phone picture of some of the colors you’re looking to combine, convert them to black and white (Instagram has some easy-to-use filters that can do this for you), and you’ll see what’s working and not working in your project. Just a quick tip to get you inspired for starting a new project this weekend!
