In addition to some super cute knitting and crochet projects, the yarn-obsessed corners of the internet gave us some interesting, stash-busting ideas this week! For instance, how to make an escort card display – great for all that acrylic you’ve been meaning to use for a project because the color is so nice but you somehow keep passing it over for something funner… yarn lovers, you know what I’m talking about! There were also great small projects for yarn in your stash that resides in the too-much-for-scraps but too-little-for-a-full-on-project category (again, yarn hoarders, you know…). I even found a tutorial for making over (dyeing) ugly yarn someone gifted you but is SO not a color you fancy looking at for 20+ hours knitting on a project. Such fun ideas! I want to try them all.

Thanks for this cute round-up. I especially thought the yarn ball piece on ‘the Chic Site’ was really clever. This is my first time here. Really enjoying your site. Thanks.
