I’ve never met a Worldwide Knit in Public Day I didn’t like. For one, it affords me lots of opportunities to take fun pictures of my favorite thing, knitting. For another, it’s a great excuse to hang out with friends for an extended group session, and – added bonus – WWKIP meetups are usually outdoors. Knit in Public Day Meetup in Chicago!
Saturday, June 13 is Worldwide Knit in Public Day, and I’m finally realizing my dream of hosting an event in honor of the day. Since I’m a Chicago resident, it makes sense to host the event here, and I’ve invited my knitting group to join in the fun.
