We’re in the home stretch, guys! Just a few days til Christmas and a few ornaments left. Take a look at the first 9 ornaments of Christmas.
First Ornament of Christmas (vintage felt ice skater)
Second Ornament of Christmas (easy DIY poinsettia)
Third Ornament of Christmas (scroll-sawed snowflakes)
Fourth Ornament of Christmas (plastic canvas poinsettia & birdie)
Fifth Ornament of Christmas (bedazzled felt boot)
Sixth Ornament of Christmas (painted puzzle piece candy cane & snowflake)
Seventh Ornament of Christmas (lace & pipe cleaner wreaths)
Eighth Ornament of Christmas (retro felt bird)
Ninth Ornament of Christmas (felt horse head)
And today we have an ornament I got through my mom. Most likely, this little angel was made by one of the women on her side of the family.
Isn’t it so freaking adorable? This is made from just a painted wooden bead and a pipe cleaner. The pipe cleaner used was this kind, but I can’t find a name for it. The variable width of the pipe cleaner is key. Check out the back of the ornament to see how to construct it:
Make a halo in one end of the pipe cleaner, and thread the rest through the wooden bead head. Fold the other end of the pipe cleaner into three loops, creating two arms and a body. Ta da!

This is adorable! I dint have that kind of pipecleaner but I DO have regular, sparkly ones and fuzzy yarn. I’m going to try putting them together to make a version of this cute little angel!

They are bumpy chenille stems. I used to find them at Hobby Lobby, but the no longer carry them. Amazon sells them. Love this angel! I have made a bunch of pixies with these, but you can be sure I’m going to make this sweet angel!
